Water Bottle for Pain Management


People who travel often end up having aches and pains due to the constant sitting, lack of movement and bad posture. Runners and gym rats also encounter aches and pains.

 

Carrying a foam roller during travel may not be a good solution for light travel. A hard cylindrical water bottle/canteen can come in handy to manage physical pain. Use it as a foam roller to self administer massage or release trigger points.  

Spend 2 minutes foam rolling the body part that is aching. Take a towel, dip it in hot water and rinse it. Apply the hot towel on the affected part. This will dilate the blood vessels and give you relief. 

 

Simple and yet effective way to release trigger points and relax.
