You don’t have to change your diet overnight. Make small goals during the week. Let’s say you eating out every day for lunch. Look at cutting down to eating out three lunch a week instead of five. Carry a lunch box for the remaining two days. Make a plan the day before, make sure you have the vegetables for the sabji you plan to cook.
Try sneaking some veggies into the meal you already love. For example, say you love your poha/upma, add some beans and carrot to it next time you prepare. Add some pureed cauliflower into your mash potato mix. Topup homemade pizza with zucchini, pepper, onions, eggplant and mushrooms.
