We keep hearing this all the time. In MyInsight, we believe that there are 3 major variables in fat loss, lean muscle mass gain, sports/athletic performance improvement, etc.
These 3 variables are
2. Training (Many chose to call it exercise)
3. Active Recovery (Many chose to call it rest)
And all 3 variables play 100% role. Food is 100%. Training is 100%. Active Recovery is 100%. So we don’t say that if you focus on food 60%, then you can make up the remaining 20% via recovery and 20% via exercise.
